With over fifteen years of experience, I offer football fundamentals training to athletes in grades 7-12. My training is designed to help athletes increase their fitness, football IQ, and performance through strength training, cardiovascular activity, and fundamentals. My training
Methodology
My training methodology is designed to elevate every aspect of a player's game, focusing on key fundamentals while honing advanced skills. With a strong emphasis on football IQ, I instill a deep understanding of the game's nuances, empowering players to make smarter decisions on the field.
Through targeted drills and exercises, I enhance hand-eye coordination, which is crucial for precise passing, catching, and ball control.
Similarly, agility is a cornerstone of my approach, with specialized training techniques to improve agility and speed, which allows for quick maneuvers and rapid response times.
With a love for the defense side of the ball, I provide specialized coaching to fortify defensive skills, all while ensuring players excel in every aspect of their game, from offense to defense.

Training sessions take place at Cantwell-Sacred Heart of Mary High School in Montebello, CA, which boasts a state-of-the-art football field ideal for honing skills. While our weight room undergoes renovation, our spacious facilities include restrooms, ample parking, and comfortable bleachers for spectators.
